Refund policy
We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the email receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@highlandandherringbone.co.uk. If your return is accepted, please fill out the return slip provided with your order or request we send a digital copy for you to print, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Delivery costs will not be refunded. We recommend that you return the item using a recorded delivery service as lost parcels will not be credited. Refunds will be processed on receipt of goods returned.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct this for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons unless item is faulty in which you can return for a replacement. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for refund or exchange on sale items that are being discontinued. Items marked down in the sale will not be refunded if returned.
Exchanges
We can exchange unworn/unwashed items for an item of the same value. Exchange will take place once original purchase has been received back and return approved. The exchanged product will then be sent to the same delivery address as the original order unless otherwise mentioned/stated. For exchanges over the original order balance, an email will be sent requesting the amount due to be paid before the item is shipped.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
